Our Quality Processes
THERNICON manufactures all steam boilers, hot water boilers, and
industrial heating systems in full compliance with international
standards. Strict quality control procedures are applied at every stage.
• All steel plates (EN: P265GH, P295GH, P355GH – ASME: ASTM A516 Gr.60,
Gr.70) and seamless pipes (ASTM A106 Gr.B) are certified according to EN
10204 / 3.1 – 3.2.
• Chemical analysis and mechanical strength tests are carried out on the materials.
• Plates and pipes are sourced only from internationally accredited suppliers.
