Our Quality Processes

THERNICON manufactures all steam boilers, hot water boilers, and industrial heating systems in full compliance with international standards. Strict quality control procedures are applied at every stage.
• All steel plates (EN: P265GH, P295GH, P355GH – ASME: ASTM A516 Gr.60, Gr.70) and seamless pipes (ASTM A106 Gr.B) are certified according to EN 10204 / 3.1 – 3.2.
• Chemical analysis and mechanical strength tests are carried out on the materials.
• Plates and pipes are sourced only from internationally accredited suppliers.
• Welding operations are carried out by welders certified under EN ISO 9606-1.
• All welds are inspected through visual testing (VT).
• Radiographic (RT) and ultrasonic (UT) testing is performed for critical areas.
• Welding procedures are documented with WPS / PQR records.
• Boilers are subjected to hydrostatic tests at 1.5 times the operating pressure.
• Pneumatic tests are conducted to verify leak tightness.
• All tests are carried out under the supervision of independent inspectors for CE and/or ASME certification.
• Internal and external surfaces are protected with special anti-corrosion coatings.
• Paint thickness is measured, reported, and added to the quality file.
• All dimensions such as diameter, length, and thickness are inspected according to project specifications.
• Flange holes, nozzles, and fittings are carefully checked for assembly compatibility.
• Safety valves, pressure gauges, and automatic control equipment are tested.
• Burner capacity and fan compatibility are verified to ensure performance guarantee.
• A detailed quality file is prepared for each product.
• Products are secured with CE, EN, and ASME conformity marks.
• All tests and inspections are documented with quality certificates delivered to the customer.
